Hi Friends,

Hope you're all doing well, and Happy Fall!

You may know that I've lived with type 1 diabetes since I was 17, and you may also know about the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, which is leading the charge in the effort to cure type 1 once and for all.

Last year, I was honored to participate in a JDRF fundraising group called the "One Group," and we had a lot of fun raising money and awareness for type 1 diabetes. Many of you were so kind to support me, and because of that support, JDRF has selected me to co-chair the "One Party" this year - so I need to ask your help again :)

As Co-Chair, I have made a personal pledge to raise at least $10,000 for type 1 diabetes (T1D) research, and I'd like to invite you to join me as I try to meet an aggressive goal in support of this worthy cause.

I would sincerely appreciate any contributions that you can make to JDRF, as all funds will make a tremendous impact in the fight against T1D. Donating is fast and easy - just click the "Donate" link at the top of the page.

Also, JDRF Georgia will celebrate your support at the The One Party on Thursday, November 12th at American Spirit Works in Atlanta. If you'd like, you can purchase a ticket instead to help the effort (and then join in the diabetic dance-off).

Thanks so much for considering contributing to JDRF this year - I greatly appreciate your time and friendship, and I'm humbled by your support.

Sincerely,

Jack
