MP Holt is raising money for 2015 ONE Party!

I am proud to announce that I have become a member of Atlanta's ONE Group by the JDRF Georgia Chapter in order to help raise money to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes (T1D).

Odds are you know someone with Type 1 diabetes, but do you really know what having diabetes means? What if that someone was you or someone you care about? Please take a few minutes and read more about JDRF and how you can help us find a cure for Type 1 diabetes!

As an honoree, I have made a personal pledge to raise at least $2,500 for type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. I would like to invite you to join me in support of this very worthy cause. I would sincerely appreciate any contributions that you can make on my behalf to JDRF. The money raised will make a tremendous impact on the fight against T1D.
