Family & Friends,

I am proud to announce that I have been selected as a member of the Atlanta's ONE Group by the JDRF Georgia Chapter.  Honorees were selected based on their professional and philanthropic accomplishments, as well as their commitment to making a difference in our community.

I am super excited to be honored at The ONE Party on November 5th at The Estate in Buckhead.  The evening will feature a presentation of honorees, creative cocktails, yummy cuisine, hot music & dancing. Its a party for a great cause!

Here's where I need your help.  As an honoree, I have made a personal pledge to raise at least $2,500 for type 1 diabetes (T1D) research.  I would like to invite YOU to join me in support of this very worthy cause.   Monies raised will make a tremendous impact in the fight against T1D.

T1D can effect anyone - both children and adults. Please help me fight T1D.

There are two ways to help - donate now or buy tickets and join me at The ONE Party!

ABOUT JDRF

JDRF is the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. JDRF’s goal is to progressively remove the impact of T1D from people’s lives until we achieve a world without T1D. JDRF collaborates with a wide spectrum of partners and is the only organization with the scientific resources, regulatory influence, and a working plan to better treat, prevent, and eventually cure T1D.

As the largest charitable supporter of T1D research, JDRF is currently sponsoring $530 million in scientific research in 17 countries. In 2012 alone, JDRF provided more than $110 million to T1D research. More than 80 percent of JDRF’s expenditures directly support research and research-related education. In 2012 Forbes magazine named JDRF one of its five All-Star charities, citing the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.
